Reporting to the CEO, this Director of Sales role guides complex, multi-million-dollar custom production system opportunities. You will shape growth strategies, lead sales professionals, and expand Prodomax’s presence across automotive and nonautomotive sectors. The position requires expertise in robotics, welding, assembly automation, forecasting, and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead key account management strategies for major customers
Develop three-to-five-year sales growth strategies
Coach account managers and business development leaders
Qualify opportunities and manage pipeline disciplines
Lead commercial negotiations for large automation projects
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
Minimum 15 years’ progressive sales experience
At least 10 years’ sales management or executive leadership
Proven industrial automation sales success required
Technical knowledge of welding, laser processing, and robotics integration
