You will coordinate baseline development, fortnightly programme updates, site data checks, and schedule analysis. The position also supports bids through RFP review and pursuit scheduling.
Key Responsibilities: Lead each project baseline schedule
Refresh every live programme fortnightly
Verify progress data through periodic site visits
Model changes and unforeseen conditions
Prepare time impact and what-if analyses
Requirements: Eight or more years of construction scheduling experience
Experience with building construction scheduling
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Experience programming complex MEP installations
Ability to manage several projects concurrently
