The CHRO will set the direction for Human Resources, advance the organization’s people strategy, and modernize the function as a high-impact, integrated partner. Responsibilities span talent acquisition, workforce planning, labour relations and collective bargaining, total rewards, pensions, learning and leadership development, performance, well-being, health and safety, policy, and workforce analytics.
The role also includes preparing for the effects of emerging technologies through responsible job redesign, reskilling, mobility, and redeployment.
