Support People and Culture leadership at Evolution Mining’s Red Lake site using qualified human resources advice and operational expertise. Work residentially in Red Lake, Ontario, on a defined roster.
This Senior Advisor provides high-level support to site leaders and departmental managers. You will coordinate routine HR services, implement site and Group initiatives, and advise on recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances. The position also supports employee development and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Support Superintendent and Manager People and Culture objectives
Develop, review, and communicate HR policies
Coordinate recruitment and selection with Group Recruitment
Advise on performance, discipline, grievances, and policy application




Coordinate training, career development, and performance processes
Requirements: College Diploma in human resources, business, law, or related field
Understanding of employment, human rights, and safety legislation
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and computer skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Mining HR, HRIS, budgeting, or remuneration experience desirable
Bring human resources advice, policy expertise, and operational coordination to Evolution Mining’s People and Culture team in Red Lake.
