You will lead production engineering efforts, optimize asset performance, and mentor junior staff across field operations and projects. Responsibilities include surveillance, analysis, workovers, and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across Production, Reservoir, Facilities and Operations teams. Robust technical leadership is essential.
