Lead structural construction activities with PTW Energy Services, coordinating crews, materials, safety, and quality across demanding production locations. Build on steel construction knowledge. The Structural Site Supervisor assists the Field Crew Coordinator with strategies supporting safety, quality, and productivity. You will review, analyze, plan, coordinate, and lead construction activities. The work includes scheduling, subcontractor coordination, materials readiness, documentation, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, coordinate, and assign scheduled production work Monitor product standards and maintain quality-control programs Coordinate subcontractors, materials, tools,



and equipment Complete progress reports and project documentation Oversee safety systems, meetings, investigations, and THA cards

Requirements:

Construction or steel cladding installation experience preferred Construction Safety Training System training required Microsoft Office proficiency required Knowledge of building codes and pre-engineered steel materials Transparent communication, leadership, analytical, and time-management skills Apply structural supervision, construction coordination, safety leadership, and quality-control skills within PTW Energy Services’ steel operations.
