Lead Medcan’s facilities operations at 150 York Street using maintenance expertise, vendor coordination, and visible operational leadership. This position is primarily on site.
Medcan seeks a hands-on Manager, Facilities to oversee its flagship clinic and support satellite locations. You will manage physical-workplace performance, workplace readiness, service delivery, and operational support across the network. The role connects facilities discipline with healthcare hospitality and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations at 150 York
- Coordinate landlord services, repairs, access, deliveries, and escalations
- Triage work orders and verify completed facilities issues
- Oversee preventive maintenance, assets, storage, and workplace readiness
- Support satellite clinics, openings, renovations, and relocations
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- At least five years’ progressive facilities or operations experience
- People-leadership experience in complex, high-touch environments
- Vendor, contract, work-order, maintenance, and project-management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems preferred
