Analyze compensation programs at IPEX using Excel and market data in a hybrid Oakville, ON position with three onsite days weekly.

As an experienced Compensation Analyst, you will support governance and execution across the United States and Canada. Partner with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and business leaders on base pay, variable pay, equity, and salary structures. Your analysis supports competitive, compliant programs aligned with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer base pay, variable pay, and equity programs
- Assist regular pay equity audits across US and Canadian markets
- Analyze benchmarking studies and compensation market data
- Support job evaluations and market-competitive salary range development




- Prepare reports and identify compensation program improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field
- Three or more years of progressive compensation experience
- Exposure to US and Canadian compensation markets
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
