As Lead Physiotherapist, you manage the Rehabilitation Department under the Manager or designate. You organize resources around hospital objectives while assessing and treating patients in outpatient and inpatient settings. You also supervise professional and non-professional staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Rehabilitation Department operations and functions
- Plan, organize, direct, and control departmental resources
- Perform physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Supervise professional and non-qualified staff
- Focus individual and team efforts on goals

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited Canadian Physiotherapy Program
- Eligible for Canadian Physiotherapy Association membership
- Current College of Health and Care Professionals of BC license
- Minimum three years clinical experience
- One year supervisory experience and/or training
