As a Key Holder, you support day-to-day store operations while coaching and motivating staff. You help implement policies, maintain service levels, and support inventory control. Your work also includes merchandise presentation, promotions, markdowns, transfers, and product knowledge training. Lammle’s seeks a proactive retail leader with robust communication skills and management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily store operations consistent with Lammle’s culture
- Coach, motivate, and lead store staff
- Train and develop store team members




- Maintain customer service levels and resolve opportunities
- Lead merchandise displays, promotions, markdowns, and transfers

Requirements:

- Retail management experience is required
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Ability to engage, inspire, empower, and motivate others
- Sales and customer service orientation
- Western knowledge preferred; tack experience is an asset
