Key Responsibilities:

- Roll out safety management software across all sites
- Standardize SOPs for federal and provincial compliance
- Monitor safety indicators and report performance to leadership

Requirements:

- Seven to nine years of H&S-specific; experience
- In-depth federal and provincial OHS legislation knowledge
- Enterprise software implementation and change management experience
- Incident investigation and risk assessment expertise
- Engineering or H&S; degree; CRSP designation an asset
