Lead IVVQ testing for Thales Canada in Mill Bay, supporting verification, validation, and quality activities for ship maintenance programs.

Thales Canada’s Defence and Security team supports Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy. As an IVVQ Test Specialist, you will design, conduct, and report test activities within the Engineering team. The position involves client-site work, primarily in Victoria or Halifax, with potential travel and ship voyages during test events. You will apply requirements analysis, test case development, and test management tools while coordinating with System and Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute IVVQ test events
- Write test plans and verification procedures




- Analyze requirements and develop traceability matrices
- Identify defects with System and Software Engineering
- Report test results, risks, and activity status

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or related college diploma
- At least three years’ IV&V; experience
- Test case development and execution experience
- Requirements analysis and test management tools experience
- English fluency and solid attention to detail
