Westbow Group of Companies in Canada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate to act as a high-ownership finance partner for a defined real estate portfolio. You will lead monthly reporting, support capital and financing processes, and translate complex financial information into explicit recommendations for ownership and lenders.

In this role, you will work on CMHC and conventional financing, maintain cash forecasts, and build robust financial models and scenarios to guide operating
