Lead OLG’s enterprise data and AI platforms in Sault Ste. Marie or Toronto, overseeing Power BI, Customer Data Platform operations, and service delivery.
As Senior Manager, Data & AI Technology, you will lead strategy, support, administration, and lifecycle management for enterprise analytics and customer data technologies. The scope includes Power BI, Alteryx, ArcGIS, IBM WatsonX, RecordPoint, Treasure AI, APIs, cloud services, and SaaS. You will align secure, reliable platforms with analytics, marketing, customer insights, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Customer Data Platform operations, support, enhancement, and adoption
- Lead analytics technology strategy, service delivery, and lifecycle management
- Develop roadmaps, continuous improvements, and platform adoption measures
- Manage vendors, licensing,
renewals, contracts, and escalations
- Coach Data Technology Specialists and allocate operational work
Requirements:
- University degree in a related technology discipline
- Seven or more years of progressive enterprise technology experience
- Advanced knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, customer data, and AI platforms
- Experience with governance, security, privacy, compliance, and service management
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams
