Epic Hospital Billing Applications Advisors configure clinical systems and troubleshoot workflows in a hybrid position at Trillium Health Partners.
This temporary full time, 12-month position supports the Clinical Systems and Informatics department. Reporting to the Manager, CSI Applications, the Epic Applications Advisor works with clinical teams and business partners on application build, testing, workflow integration, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and implement Epic applications
- Configure systems around operational needs and hospital workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting clinical users
- Develop training content with the training team
- Participate in on-call rotation and extended hours
Requirements:
- Resolute Hospital Billing certification
- One Epic certification, excluding trainer certifications
- At least two years of hospital systems experience
- One to three years configuring Epic in healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field preferred
