TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior DFT and Post-Silicon Lead for a client team. Own DFT implementation, guide engineering teams, and integrate testing across design, validation, packaging, and operations. The work supports high-performance SoCs or SiPs through mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor DFT and post-silicon engineering teams
- Define DFT architectures, scan chains, BIST, and JTAG interfaces
- Develop silicon, package, and system-level test strategies
- Optimize test time, cost, quality, coverage, and yield
- Collaborate across design, validation, packaging, operations, and product management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a related technical field
- Multiple tape-outs of high-performance SoCs or SiPs
- Solid post-silicon test optimization and yield analysis background
- Experience defining strategies for high-volume production
- SystemVerilog and Verilog RTL and testbench proficiency
