The Maximo Technical Data Package Analyst integrates Technical Data, ILS, Supply Support, Life Cycle Material Managers, and Engineering. This position manages TDP configuration, Document Change Requests, and data alignment across internal and government systems. Work includes JIRA workflow coordination, cataloguing liaison, and supply support records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit TDP records, NSNs, part numbers, and vendor references
- Update technical documentation for supported fleet configuration
- Manage DCR workflows through the JIRA board
- Reconcile Maximo and DRMIS data accurately
- Develop Power BI dashboards and cleanse datasets

Requirements:

- Mandatory Maximo and DRMIS or CGCS/CGCM experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Demonstrated JIRA workflow and task management experience
- Five years in ILS, Supply Support, or Technical Data Management
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO Secret clearance
