Provincial Homecare seeks an experienced senior leader to guide Client Care Supervisors and Coordinators across Newfoundland and Labrador. The manager oversees scheduling, service delivery, workforce support, and client concerns. This position contributes to organizational planning and works with NL Health Services case managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop Client Care teams
- Oversee province-wide scheduling and consistent care-plan service delivery
- Track visit coverage, overtime, response, and improvement measures
- Resolve client and family concerns professionally
- Ensure policy, safety, privacy, and funder compliance
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years in healthcare-related fields
- 5+ years managing teams of 20 or more
- Unionized workplace and scheduling software experience
- St. John's availability, provincial travel, driver's licence, and vehicle
