As Staff Software Engineer, you will set direction for Domino’s Identity and Access platform. You will extend fine-grained authorization primitives, guide migration from legacy checks, and design reusable interfaces. The work includes cloud workload identity, organizational modeling, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extend centralized relationship-based authorization across the platform
- Harden authorization for enterprise scale, reliability, and security
- Sequence migration away from legacy access checks
- Design reusable identity and access capabilities
- Lead reviews and clarify complex architectural decisions
Requirements:
- Experience architecting authorization frameworks for enterprise customers
- Hands-on relationship-based or fine-grained authorization experience
- Solid Go, Java, or comparable backend engineering skills
- Kubernetes service operations and platform API design experience
- Grounding in OIDC, SAML, and cloud workload identity
