As Manager, Finance Automation, you will guide global Finance engagements from discovery through adoption. You will partner with Finance teams, developers, and business partners to redesign processes and deliver measurable value. Your work will apply GenAI, Agentic AI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Amazon Quick, and Robotic Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery, assessment, design, delivery, and value realization
- Identify high-impact GenAI, Agentic AI, and Copilot use cases
- Map Finance processes and uncover root causes
- Shape user stories and prioritized Agile backlogs
- Track advantages and present recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

- CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, or relevant degree
- Five to seven years of related industry experience
- Consulting or finance transformation experience
- Hands-on AI application skills in Finance
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
