Lead hospital capital projects at Credit Valley Hospital through project management, redevelopment planning, and multidisciplinary coordination. This permanent full-time position reports to the Manager of Redevelopment.

The Senior Project Manager oversees Ministry of Health-approved and internal renovation projects. You will manage scope, quality, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks through every project phase. The position coordinates consultants, clinical teams, contractors, hospital departments, and government personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering hospital capital healthcare projects
- Oversee consultant design documents, specifications, drawings, and budgets
- Coordinate clinical planning to minimize disruption to operating facilities
- Organize user group planning, approvals,



and implementation processes
- Prepare project controls, status reports, payments, and estimates

Requirements:

- Degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, or healthcare field
- At least 10 years managing healthcare or institutional construction projects
- At least three years working on hospital projects
- Knowledge of Design-Build and CCDC2 contract types
- Solid project management, communication, leadership, and analytical skills
