You will own and grow Elantis’ Flex Services practice as a player-coach. The work combines P&L;, utilization, margin, growth, and operational accountability with hands-on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint delivery. You will advise client executives, guide delivery teams, and build long-term partnerships while supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own practice P&L;, utilization, margin, and growth
- Lead Flex Services offerings and operational improvement
- Oversee service quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
- Plan sprints, allocate resources, and manage capacity




- Deliver Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions hands-on

Requirements:

- Hands-on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint delivery experience
