This business-facing role supports enterprise AI adoption across AltaGas. You will partner with teams, create role-based learning, and develop measurable use cases. The work spans Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, automation, and approved AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify workflow improvements with business teams and AI capabilities
- Develop tailored adoption plans and learning experiences
- Lead training, workshops, demonstrations, and office hours
- Grow the AI Champion network and reinforce responsible AI
- Track adoption, feedback, use cases, and business outcomes

Requirements:

- Three or more years in AI enablement or related fields
- Experience training business audiences through workshops or demonstrations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI Foundry
- Solid facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills
