Safety leadership drives this onsite Mississauga position with TOPPAN Packaging Americas, coordinating training, audits, compliance, and incident investigations.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Senior Health and Safety Coordinator supports site Health and Safety Programs. You will train employees, evaluate compliance with provincial and federal legislation, and coordinate safety activities. The position supports TOPPAN’s zero-injury focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate safety training schedules, materials, reporting, and employee refreshers
- Conduct scheduled safety audits and report regulatory gaps
- Lead post-incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate safety meetings, agendas, materials, and action tracking




- Review Job Safety Analyses, procedures, and work instructions

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of related working experience
- Health and Safety certificate, degree, diploma, or related qualification
- Working knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation
- First Aid and Responder training
- Effective presentation, facilitation, and time-management skills
