The Property Appraisal Advisor reviews damage estimates from adjusters, vendors, and insurers. This position assesses scope, pricing, policy coverage, and regulatory compliance. It also supports quality assurance, documentation, reporting, and process improvement within the claims department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review property damage estimates for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze scope, pricing, coverage, and industry standards
- Identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistent estimate details

- Document findings, recommendations, trends, and improvement areas
Requirements:
- Strong estimating knowledge and Xactimate experience
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
