Commercial HVAC service expertise meets hands-on field support at O'Dell HVAC Group, with regular Monday-to-Friday hours in office. Troubleshoot systems, support contractors, and commission new equipment across service territories.

Reporting to the HVAC Service Manager, this technician supports installs, start-ups, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The work combines customer-site service with phone and virtual guidance on wiring, piping, programming, and product issues. Collaboration with Sales and manufacturers supports layouts, integration, technical information, training, and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support contractors during commercial and industrial HVAC installations
- Start up and commission new systems safely
- Troubleshoot wiring, piping, programming,



and product issues
- Provide phone and virtual support to installers
- Process warranty claims with contractors and internal teams

Requirements:

- Licensed 313A Refrigeration Mechanic and G1 Gas Technician
- Three to five years of commercial and industrial HVAC service
- Ontario College of Trades membership in good standing
- Valid G-class license and clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to travel and work at heights
