This Current Graduate Veterinarian position welcomes 2026 and 2027 graduates, plus fourth-year students. CAMP provides one-on-one coaching, guided learning, and supervised exposure across multiple Sploot hospitals. You will develop skills in clinical decision-making, case management, client communication, medical records, efficiency, and nurse delegation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete the first six weeks of one-on-one CAMP mentorship
- Practice urgent care and general practice with senior DVM support
- Use protected learning blocks as confidence and caseload grow




- Participate in a three-month progress evaluation
- Learn across multiple Sploot hospitals and DVM teams

Requirements:

- Graduate with a DVM or VMD degree
- Hold or qualify for Colorado veterinary licensure
