Inizio Engage seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for its Patient Solutions team. You will educate oncology healthcare professionals on treatment implementation, therapy management, and adverse event recognition. The role emphasizes trusted relationships, compliant scientific exchange, and practical clinical education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with oncology nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Develop territory plans aligned with training and education priorities
- Deliver training on treatment administration and adverse event management
- Provide one-to-one, group,
and formal educational presentations
- Gather field insights through questioning and active listening
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and active Registered Nurse licence
- Eight-plus years of qualified experience required
- Two-plus years of post-graduate oncology experience
- Oncology or hematology experience required
- Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
