You will oversee a market-rate community, property operations, revenue, expenses, leasing, and resident service. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily property walks and maintain excellent curb appeal
- Maintain occupancy while focusing on resident retention
- Track revenue, expenses, rent collections, and management reports

Requirements:

- Five-plus years’ recent multifamily or student housing experience
- Two-plus years managing market-rate multifamily communities
