As Financial Manager, you will partner with the Product Line General Manager and leadership team. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and Price, Volume, Mix, and Cost analysis. The role also requires decision support, reporting improvements, and coaching non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as finance lead for the Product Line
- Provide insights on risks and opportunities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Develop models and what-if scenarios
- Improve reporting, processes, and forecasting accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business
- Five to eight-plus years of FP&A; experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
