Lead overall operations and resident care at AgeCare Sandringham in Victoria, combining nursing expertise with multidisciplinary leadership. This is regular full time employment.

As Executive Director and Director of Care, you will manage the home while supporting residents, families, employees, and managers. Your work will address budgeting, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, labour relations, and person-centered care for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall home operations and expenditures
- Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting resident health and well-being
- Ensure care meets regulatory requirements and resident safety standards
- Advance Quality Improvement Programs and initiatives




- Manage financial resources and meet organizational targets

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse degree and current BCCNM registration
- LTC Administrator Certification where applicable
- At least five years of relevant health management experience
- Experience with budgeting, labour relations, and operating statements
- Ability to lead sizeable multidisciplinary teams in unionized environments
