This Payroll Analyst role at Manulife focuses on improving how complex payroll operates. You will support system, configuration, integration, and process changes through end-to-end validation. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop scripts, scenarios, and plans for payroll testing
- Execute regression, integration, parallel, negative, and exception testing
- Document defects, risks, outcomes, recommendations, and operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize,



and strengthen controls
- Use Workday, ADP GlobalView, SAP tools, and related technologies

Requirements:

- Five or more years of progressive payroll experience
- Experience supporting payroll system or process changes
- Experience documenting requirements, decisions, scope, and test scenarios
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to validate outputs and protect confidential payroll data
