As Head of Technology Portfolio Management, you will direct a complex, multi-year portfolio within Technology Solutions. You will translate business priorities into funded roadmaps, oversee Tier 1 initiatives, and guide delivery across regulated banking environments. The mandate includes financial management, governance, advantages realization, and senior talent leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define integrated Transaction Banking technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps
- Oversee delivery performance across concurrent programs and agile teams
- Manage forecasts, actuals, variances, vendors, capacity, and benefits
- Operate governance, risk, control, escalation, and executive reporting mechanisms




- Lead senior program managers, project managers, and portfolio specialists

Requirements:

- 15+ years in financial-services technology or transformation leadership
- Experience overseeing complex portfolios, Tier 1 initiatives, and major investments
- Knowledge of payments, digital channels, ledger integration, APIs, and cloud
- Experience with planning, financial management, governance, and benefits realization
- Undergraduate degree; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
