Install, maintain, and repair server hardware while supporting critical technology infrastructure across production data center environments. Respond promptly to minimize downtime.

This Data Center Technician supports server hardware, peripheral devices, and related equipment. The work includes installation, configuration, routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. You will use DCIM tools, assist software developers and hardware engineers, and collaborate with IT, Sites, and Customer teams on complex network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, maintain, and repair servers
- Maintain peripheral devices and related equipment
- Respond promptly to minimize infrastructure downtime
- Provide hands-on hardware assistance to engineering teams
- Update assets using DCIM tools by location and project

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two-plus years in live production data centers
- Experience performing maintenance, upgrades, and repairs
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 55 pounds
- Ability to work in elevated or tight spaces
