As an Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker, you will report to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead. You will support RH Insurance by managing leads, recommending coverages, and pursuing sales targets. The position requires personal lines sales experience, licensing, and strong time management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage leads and provide timely quotes to prospective clients
- Generate new business through networks and assigned leads
- Build trust while understanding customer needs and requirements
- Cross-sell and up-sell to drive customer value
- Recommend and explain coverages based on individual needs

Requirements:

- Alberta Level 2 General License required
- B.C. Level 1 or 2 General License is an asset
- Minimum one year personal lines insurance sales experience
- Proven record of achieving high sales numbers
- Solid multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
