Harvest Operations is recruiting a Field Operator for full time contract work supporting conventional oil, natural gas, and SAGD operations. The position requires daily field operations, equipment maintenance, production optimization, and collaboration with field teams, supervisors, and engineering staff. Safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance guide every activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor wells, pipelines, and production facilities daily
- Review SCADA data and well performance
- Troubleshoot production, process, and equipment issues
- Coordinate maintenance,



housekeeping, and facility upkeep
- Maintain records and complete effective shift handovers

Requirements:

- At least two years of operating experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean record
- Current H2S, First Aid, Confined Space, and ATV courses
- Strong computer, Microsoft Office, and mechanical skills
