As a senior technical leader, you will define architecture supporting Chartwell's multi-year information security roadmap. The hands-on work spans identity, cloud, network, endpoint, and data environments. You will guide Microsoft 365 and Azure security while advising technology and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own enterprise security and Zero Trust reference architectures
- Lead identity, federation, privileged access, and conditional access design
- Mature SSE, SASE, segmentation, and least-privilege models
- Improve Microsoft 365, Azure, and Purview security posture

Requirements:

- Ten-plus years in progressive information security experience
- Five-plus years in security architecture or senior engineering
- Expertise in Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS, and federation
- Experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure at enterprise scale
- Computer Science degree and security certification or progress
