Set process engineering direction, champion innovation, and govern quality for Mott MacDonald Bentley’s permanent Peterborough-based consultancy role. This Principal Process Engineer acts as the discipline authority across Anglian Water’s @One Alliance. The position combines strategic direction, independent assurance, supplier assessment, standard product development, and technical decision-making. You will help deliver compliant, future-focused designs for AMP8. Key Responsibilities:

Define discipline-wide procedures, standards, and quality frameworks Assess suppliers and specialist partners through competency reviews Improve standard products, efficiency, carbon reduction, and natural capital Undertake independent audits and address identified delivery gaps Drive innovation, digital adoption,
