With a team of approximately 50 passionate professionals, the organization combines technical expertise, creativity, and operational excellence. As part of a strategic leadership transition, the company is seeking a General Manager who will play a key role in its next phase of growth.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the shareholders, you will gradually assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company and provide leadership for operations, teams, and financial performance. You will help translate strategic objectives into concrete actions while preserving the organization’s strong people-focused culture and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

- Provide overall leadership for the organization’s operations and management team;
- Coach, support, and develop managers;
- Foster autonomy, accountability, and collaboration across teams;
- Maintain a healthy, high-performing work environment focused on talent development.

Operational Performance

- Oversee resource planning and production capacity management;
- Ensure quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved;
- Optimize processes, programs, and working methods;
- Identify and implement sustainable organizational improvements.

Financial Management

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities;




- Monitor profitability and support sustainable growth;
- Present financial analyses and business results to shareholders;
- Participate in investment decisions and business growth initiatives.

Organizational Development

- Support a structured and successful leadership transition;
- Contribute to the evolution of services, tools, and management practices;
- Promote talent retention and the preservation of key expertise.

Profile Sought

Experience

- Significant experience as a General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Business Unit Director, or in a similar executive leadership role;
- Proven success managing an SME or a professional services, creative, or technical organization;
- Solid experience in financial management, budgeting, and profitability monitoring;
- Experience coaching and developing managers.
