Update and maintain document filing and computer databases. Maintain trip sheet (proof of delivery) records. Manage tasks in reference with communication email group for dept Manage external and internal customer inquiries and requests for proof of delivery documents. Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service. Administrative tasks in correlation with the department and business requirements. Book carrier and container inbound appointments in appointment system. Manage tasks and liaison with carrier communication email Schedule receiving Manage over / short and damage claims Print receiving documents and prepare for receivers. Manage daily issues encountered with receivers.
