The Construction Equipment Rental Associate supports customers throughout the equipment rental process, from selecting and renting equipment to completing inspections and returns. This role reports to the Branch Manager and serves homeowners and DIY customers, construction contractors, landscaping businesses, and industrial clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners, DIY customers, construction contractors, landscaping businesses, and industrial clients with equipment rental needs.
- Process and coordinate equipment rentals.
- Inspect construction equipment to help ensure it is ready for rental.
- Receive and process returned equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in construction equipment rental.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
