Tank's Heating LTD. is looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated HVAC Service Technician & Installer to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has solid technical skills, and can work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
● Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
● Perform furnace, air conditioning and HVAC equipment installations and replacements.
● Complete routine maintenance, inspections and service calls.
● Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs or upgrades.
● Ensure all work meets Alberta safety codes and industry standards.
● Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment.
● Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service.
● Complete job documentation, service reports and required paperwork.
● Participate in an occasional on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service calls when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Valid Alberta Journeyperson certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Gasfitting, as applicable to the work performed.
● Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience preferred.
● Strong knowledge of residential furnaces, air conditioners, boilers and HVAC systems.
● Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot equipment.
● Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Reliable, punctual and professional.
● Physically capable of performing the demands of HVAC installation and service work.
● Willingness to participate in occasional on-call duties.
