Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 earning potential

- Some experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What Your Day Will Look Like

- Guide customers through the service process from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Build repair recommendations and maintenance plans based on technician findings
- Communicate repair timelines, approvals, and updates to customers
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and efficient workflowDeliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing repair opportunities
