Coordinate structural steel and modular fabrication projects with Tekla PowerFab at Bird’s Industrial West operations. Support delivery from award through completion.
This Project Coordinator role supports project managers, procurement, fabrication teams, subcontractors, and clients. You will manage documentation, coordinate purchasing and vendors, monitor schedules and budgets, and support secure project delivery. The work requires organized communication across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate structural steel and modular fabrication projects
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
- Track materials and fabrication progress in Tekla PowerFab
- Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, and vendor deliveries
- Monitor schedules, budgets, milestones, and project reporting
Requirements:
- Three-plus years in structural steel, modular fabrication, or industrial construction
- Required proficiency with Tekla PowerFab
- Procurement and vendor management experience
- Knowledge of RFI, submittal, and change order processes
- Ability to interpret fabrication and engineering drawings
