This experienced Test Engineer supports an automotive client through development and validation testing. The work covers electric motor systems, test protocols, reports, and methodologies. Disciplined verification addresses functional objectives, program goals, and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support validation testing for electric driveline modules
- Define and execute development and validation testing
- Assess suppliers and review post-test inspections
- Conduct detailed failure analysis of test findings
- Develop testing protocols, reports, methods, and standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- Three to five years of automotive validation experience
- Experience executing tests and analyzing test data
- Ability to interpret results and support technical problem-solving
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical automotive systems
