This Director of Operations role oversees production, planning, purchasing, stores, quality, and shop-floor teams. You will create bills of materials, production orders, and job-costing discipline while tracking labour efficiency and quality. The role supports a planned revenue expansion and offers development toward General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ERP implementation, item masters, BOMs, routings, and production orders
- Run job costing and reconcile estimates against actual results
- Schedule capacity, labour, scrap, rework, and shop-floor performance
- Control purchasing, inventory, stores,



and material flow
- Lead quality systems, custom builds, safety, and operations reporting

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in manufacturing operations
- Three-plus years leading production or plant operations
- Job-shop, fabrication, or custom equipment manufacturing background
- Hands-on ERP implementation and job-costing experience
- Lean practice and Ontario health and safety knowledge
