Lead operational and clinical transformation at ParaMed as a full-time District Director focused on continuous improvement and service delivery.

This experienced leadership position manages a large community care operation across operational and clinical areas. You will improve organizational effectiveness, customer experience, employee experience, and business outcomes through disciplined leadership. The work requires expertise in operations, service delivery, business development, financial management, and change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize service delivery, people, and processes through continuous improvement
- Set ParaMed’s customer service vision across the district
- Monitor clinical, financial, quality, and contractual performance indicators




- Analyze trends and implement actions improving client and employee experiences
- Coordinate recent business opportunities and regional expansion

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of progressive management experience
- Multi-site management experience is ideally preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and solve problems
- Experience leading profitable business, customer experience, and marketing strategies
- Knowledge of operations, financial control, human resources, and service delivery
