The temporary Advisor Trainee contract lasts up to four months and supports a successful launch into financial advice. You will learn Sun Life products, tools, processes, and practical skills while working directly with Clients. Personalized coaching, digital tools, and district leadership support your development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work from a local Sun Life District office
- Learn products, tools, processes, and practical advisory skills
- Obtain dual licensing in insurance and mutual funds
- Handle inbound and outbound Client calls




- Complete business development activities and identify market opportunities

Requirements:

- History of skilled, academic, or athletic achievements
- Knowledge and passion for retail insurance and investment products
- Self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
