Lead industrial electrical installation with MecXel, coordinating teams, interpreting drawings, and maintaining safe, compliant module assembly operations.
The Electrical Installation Technical Supervisor oversees electrical work for industrial modules serving Mécanitec and Excelpro. This full time position generally follows Monday through Friday day shifts, with scheduling flexibility based on project and company needs. You will coordinate resources, supervise installation, and support production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical teams, apprentices, and assemblers
- Plan daily and weekly activities around production schedules
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce requirements
- Interpret drawings, diagrams, specifications,
and electrical codes
- Inspect installations and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests
Requirements:
- DEP in Electricity, Electromechanics, or equivalent training
- Electrician Qualification Certificate, Licence C
- Seven to ten years industrial electrical experience
- Three to five years supervising teams
- Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and CSA standards
