Cascades seeks a Senior Project Manager - Electrical Engineer for its Mississauga packaging operation. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage complex projects supporting operational objectives. The work includes electrical upgrades, reliability initiatives, contractor coordination, and technical guidance across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical projects from concept through commissioning and startup
- Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical specifications
- Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
- Provide power distribution and motor control expertise
- Monitor performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Skilled Engineer designation with electrical engineering experience
- Three or more years in industrial project management
- Experience designing electrical power and control systems
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and automation technologies
